Buy some Home Depot (Or Ebay) knee pads for the arms and knees; and some pallet wrap, or big roll of Costco plastic food wrap, and a spandex hood. The entire outfit should cost you less then 20…maybe 30 bucks at most. 

It might be the best money you ever spent.
